Human Resources and Culture Manager Position

Your role as People and Culture Manager will contribute to the strategic vision of talent attraction, engagement, and coaching within our professional services environment. Collaborating closely with Business Unit leaders, you will execute initiatives that support a thriving, inclusive culture, making a lasting impact on our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with P&C team to drive talent growth initiatives

• Coach Business Unit Managers in effective HR practices

• Promote a coaching and collaborative culture throughout

• Oversee the execution of inclusiveness strategies

• Foster effective communication company-wide

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a Human Resources role preferred

• Proven experience in a high-pressure environment

• Knowledge of employment legislation and policies

• Strong rapport-building skills across diverse backgrounds

• Relevant post-secondary education and CPHR certification is a plus
