At the Office of Equity and Anti-Racism, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on embedding equity in government practices. Your work will include fostering partnerships, enhancing training programs, and conducting assessments to identify systemic barriers affecting diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on corporate EDIA strategies implementation
• Facilitate training programs for public service employees
• Partner with community organizations and advocates
• Conduct assessments to uncover systemic equity barriers
• Develop inclusive policies and guidelines
Requirements:
• Demonstrated project management expertise
• Strong skills in facilitation and public speaking
• Extensive experience with diverse community interactions
• Background in systemic discrimination issues
• Relevant academic qualifications
