In your role at Eastlink, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, starting from intake to hiring. Collaborating closely with leaders, you will define hiring needs and strategy, guiding candidates through the recruitment process. You'll also create strong talent pipelines through innovative sourcing methods while ensuring our values resonate during recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience that reflects our culture
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring
• Partner with leaders to assess talent requirements
• Build strong candidate pipelines through community engagement
• Collaborate with People & Culture on key initiatives
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Business or Human Resources
• Minimum two years of in-house recruitment experience
• Proficient in talent sourcing through various channels
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
