TD Insurance, Small Business Insurance Group Manager your role within the Advice Center is essential to TD's success. You are accountable to ensure effective and efficient operations, delivery of services / solutions in accordance with established service levels, quality standards, compliance, and regulatory guidelines. Lead, coach and develop direct reports to achieve business results, strong underwriting acumen and professional/ personal development objectives.
You'll support customers and internal/external partners with a variety of financial services through inbound and outbound calls, and digital channels. Manage a large team with functional diversity and complexity to provide a legendary customer and employee experience. Undergraduate degree and/or seven (7) or more years relevant experience.Hours of Operation: 8:00am-8:00pm & Saturdays 9:00am-4:00pmPrevious commercial experience and expert knowledge of the business environment, processes, procedures, transactions and activities of products and servicesFormal certifications (such as CIP or FCIP) at this level of expertise preferableHave excellent organizational and team management skills with the ability to work in a demanding environment and handle multiple deadlines and prioritiesHigh-level communication skillsAbility to interact and manage multiple stakeholdersThrive in a dynamic and fast paced environmentProven ability to coach and lead diverse teamsStrong competencies in performance management including but not limited to SMART Action Plans, performance coaching and challenging conversationYour relevant skillset and knowledge will also get our attention.
