Join Clutch as a Team Lead in Hobsons Lake, Halifax, where your customer service skills will shine. You will be the primary contact, enhancing our car-buying process.
As a Team Lead at Clutch, your mission will be to elevate customer experiences while managing vehicle transactions with a focus on quality service. This hands-on role is critical as you will address inquiries, inspect vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards, and meticulously complete related paperwork, all while working alongside your team to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate outstanding experiences for all Clutch customers
• Address and resolve customer needs effectively
• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to identify concerns
• Ensure accuracy in completing customer-related documents
• Collaborate and assist teammates with various responsibilities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in retail management
• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Minimum Class 5 License with no restrictions
• Three years of a clean driving record
