Position: Porter Line Maintenance Leadership Role
Become a key player in Porter’s line maintenance team at Halifax International Airport. Lead maintenance operations ensuring skilled teams and safe practices in aircraft care.

As the Manager of Line Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing teams responsible for aircraft upkeep at multiple locations including YHZ and YUL. Your expertise in aircraft maintenance engineering will help streamline operations and ensure that Transport Canada regulations are met. This role involves comprehensive safety initiatives and collaboration with vendors to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead aircraft maintenance teams across various locations

• Ensure the safety management system is adhered to

• Coordinate the execution of aircraft inspections and repairs

• Manage accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities

• Facilitate training for maintenance personnel and provide necessary tools

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance

• Transport Canada AME M2, E, or S license

• Available for approximately 20% travel

• Good organizational and time management skills
