As the Support Services Supervisor, you will directly report to the Agency Director and oversee critical programs, including Family Group Conferencing and Addictions.

Your role is pivotal in managing workloads, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will also partner with local and provincial programs to amplify community support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise various support services staff daily

• Coordinate and prioritize workloads efficiently

• Maintain high-quality standards through evaluations

• Collaborate with ICFS programs to empower families

• Educate the community about available services

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary degree or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of human services experience

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Recent Criminal Record and Child Abuse checks
