Lead DRMIS Position

Position: Lead DRMIS Position at Thales
Thales Canada is hiring a DRMIS Lead to manage data integrity and foster cross-team collaboration in Halifax. This hybrid position drives delivery excellence across the organization.

As the DRMIS Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire AJISS/DRMIS process lifecycle within the Service Delivery Team. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with contract requirements and enhancing data quality. This role requires strong leadership in training programs and challenges resolution while collaborating with engineering, logistics, and supply chain teams for effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure integrity and compliance of AJISS/DRMIS data functions

• Lead cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy

• Audit maintenance data for trend analysis and corrective actions

• Develop training materials to standardize execution

• Manage subcontractors for DRMIS data repair

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of relevant technical education or experience

• Knowledge in ERP systems, especially SAP/DRMIS required

• Proven skills in project coordination and maintenance

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience in onboarding and technical coaching
