Position: Senior Construction Project Manager Role
Drive construction projects to success with Ellis Don as a Senior Project Manager. Manage overall project lifecycle from design to completion, ensuring financial tracking and stakeholder communication.

This role requires a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in construction management within sectors like ICI, healthcare, and residential. You will oversee project budgets and schedules, prepare billings, and communicate effectively with Owners and Architects. Leading project meetings and team development will be key responsibilities as you ensure alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction from pre-construction through project completion

• Prepare accurate billings and ensure timely payments

• Communicate with Owners and Architects on project issues

• Monitor project costs to maintain positive cash flow

• Lead meetings to support team development and progress

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years in Project Management roles

• Strong knowledge of project management practices

• Proven ability to mentor and lead large teams

• Eligibility for CSID Secret Level Security Clearance

• Experience in various construction sectors
