This role reports to the Director of the Latin America Centre of Excellence, focusing on the strategic alignment of initiatives aimed at preventing children's recruitment in armed conflict. You’ll lead project planning, coordinate training programs, and ensure effective financial oversight across diverse funding sources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning and implementation for multiple initiatives
• Manage timelines, workplans, and contracts for cohesive delivery
• Oversee budget execution and financial planning processes
• Integrate MEAL activities and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate regional capacity-building and training
Requirements:
• Master’s degree with 3-5 years of project management experience
• Full fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience in budgeting and financial monitoring
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects
• Proven ability in multicultural and multidisciplinary teamwork
