You will enhance member satisfaction and collaborate with onsite teams across multiple sites. This full-time role focuses on strategic relationship-building and operations management within a vibrant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships with members and onsite staff
• Oversee member onboarding and move‑in experiences
• Address inquiries and facilitate solutions promptly
• Conduct site inspections and resolve material issues
• Collaborate with GM on membership growth strategies
Requirements:
• Experience in coworking, hospitality, or property management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Experience managing teams, including remote management
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
