In this role, you will be the functional owner of the AJISS/DRMIS process, directing cross-departmental collaboration to maintain high-quality data and effective training. Your leadership will be integral to the success of the service delivery team as you coordinate maintenance data and resolve access issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the integration of maintenance data between systems
• Create and standardize training documents and job aids
• Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions
• Manage subcontractors for data repair tasks
• Facilitate onboarding for new staff in DRMIS processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in relevant technical discipline
• Experience with ERP/EAM systems, especially SAP
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Proven multitasking abilities in a team setting
• Must be eligible for Security Clearance and government access
