Thales DRMIS Lead Position

Join Thales Canada in Halifax as the DRMIS Lead, overseeing crucial data management functions in the Defence Resource Management Information System. Drive improvements while ensuring all tasks meet compliance standards.

In this role, you will be the functional owner of the AJISS/DRMIS process, directing cross-departmental collaboration to maintain high-quality data and effective training. Your leadership will be integral to the success of the service delivery team as you coordinate maintenance data and resolve access issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of maintenance data between systems

• Create and standardize training documents and job aids

• Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions

• Manage subcontractors for data repair tasks

• Facilitate onboarding for new staff in DRMIS processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in relevant technical discipline

• Experience with ERP/EAM systems, especially SAP

• Excellent communication and coaching skills

• Proven multitasking abilities in a team setting

• Must be eligible for Security Clearance and government access
