LTSA Manager

Position: LTSA Manager at Canadian Solar
Lead the future of renewable energy as the LTSA Manager at Canadian Solar in Ontario or Nova Scotia. Manage Long-Term Service Agreements and drive project success through excellent negotiation and customer relationships.

You will oversee the execution of Long-Term Service Agreements for Battery Energy Storage System projects while negotiating crucial agreements with clients and service providers. This role requires a background in renewable power generation, project management, and a focused customer service approach. Your ability to manage timelines and varying priorities will directly impact the success of Canadian Solar's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate LTSA's with clients and Sub-LTSA's with providers

• Ensure adherence to contractual requirements and performance metrics

• Manage service providers to uphold equipment uptime

• Recommend operational efficiency improvements

• Serve as the primary client liaison in meetings

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years in account management for renewable power

• Strong negotiation and risk management skills

• Knowledge of medium voltage systems and energy applications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
