Drive operations success at Battlefield Equipment Rentals as their Halifax Operations Supervisor. Support a energetic team and foster growth through excellent customer service and leadership.
This full time, permanent role involves working directly with staff members and customers. You will be responsible for efficient branch operations, including staff training, managing customer interactions, and maintaining inventory oversight. Frequent travel within Nova Scotia, including hotel stays, will be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a positive atmosphere and customer relations
Provide mentorship and training to team members
Oversee compliance with corporate policies and safety standards
Facilitate customer orders and deliveries
Prepare financial reports and operational reviews as needed
Requirements:
Relevant experience in the rental or construction industries
Solid leadership and analytical skills
Competent business acumen with decisive action abilities
Excellent communication and organization
Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel
Leverage your expertise in operations to support Battlefield Equipment Rentals and optimize branch performance.
