Drive operational success as Assistant Manager, Operations with Manulife in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This hybrid position focuses on team leadership and enhancing service delivery.
As part of the Distributor Services Team, you will lead and coach Customer Service Professionals while analyzing business processes to implement improvements. Your leadership will help resolve escalations and support both advisors and distribution partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team activities; ensure achievement of service metrics
• Set clear expectations and give structured performance feedback
• Develop customized coaching plans for team members
• Address complex business issues with sustainable solutions
• Collaborate with partners to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience managing an operational team
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proven track record in coaching others
