Position: Logistics Materials Supervisor Role
Join IMP as a Materials Supervisor to enhance aerospace logistics through direct supervision of Stores Controllers. This role places you at the heart of efficient material support for production programs.

As a member of the Material Support Department, you will guide daily operations and staff training, requiring a solid background in logistics and supervisory roles. Candidates should possess ten years of experience in logistics, particularly in inventory control and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily planning and task assignments

• Provide training on material handling protocols

• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages

• Collaborate with program coordinators on logistics needs

• Ensure operational compliance with DND regulations

Requirements:

• At least a Grade 12 diploma; university preferred

• Ten years in logistics, including supervisory experience

• Proficiency in DND Supply System and DRMIS

• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities

• Eligibility for Canadian government security clearances
