As a Project Manager, you will direct the operation of vocational services dedicated to empowering unemployed individuals within Nova Scotia. The role demands a minimum of three years' experience in project management related to Career and Employment services. You will manage daily operations, maintain program quality, and actively engage with funders and stakeholders for effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily program operations for effective service delivery
• Liaise with funders to ensure clear communication
• Monitor metrics and implement strategies for improvement
• Develop and support staff training for improved service
• Proactively address service gaps to boost participant success
Requirements:
• At least three years of project management experience
• Experience in career and employment services essential
• Evidence of collaborating with community and government
• Staff evaluation and reporting experience necessary
• Bilingual in French and English is advantageous
