This leadership role requires a seasoned project manager with 3 years of experience in career services. You will oversee program operations, manage staffing, and develop service materials while maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvements. Your collaboration with stakeholders will be essential in providing the best support for unemployed individuals across Nova Scotia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and service delivery processes
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership for program evaluations
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
• Lead and coach team members towards success
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes
Requirements:
• 3 years experience in project management in career services
• Direct experience in delivering career and employment assistance
• Capability to work with government and community agencies
• Experience in staff evaluation and development processes
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
