This is not a single lane role and that’s exactly the point.
As Asset Project Manager , you are the connective tissue between strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio. You will lead capital projects, asset upgrades, retrofits, lifecycle replacements, leasehold improvements, and major maintenance initiatives often simultaneously. You’ll be trusted to assess, prioritize, and deliver projects that protect long‑term asset value while navigating real‑world constraints.
You are comfortable operating with structure and ambiguity. You know when to follow process and when to adapt it.
Lead multiple asset projects across the portfolio
Oversee capital, retrofit, and lifecycle initiatives
Manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes
Coordinate contractors, consultants, and vendors
Facilitate tendering and procurement processes
Monitor site activity and project progression
Conduct quality control inspections
Ensure safety compliance across all project sites
Resolve issues and adapt plans as required
Track expenditures and control costs
Support asset sustainability and long‑term planning
Collaborate with property, maintenance, and leadership teams
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years in project management
5+ years in industry or infrastructure coordination
Proven project lead, you take ownership and see it through
Strong grasp of construction, asset lifecycle, and capital planning
Fluent in drawings, specs, and technical documentation
Solid knowledge of safety standards, codes, and regulations
Budget‑savvy with a sharp eye on cost control
Computer confident with MS Outlook, Excel, and project management tools
Detail‑driven with a knack for spotting risks early
Multi‑project maestro, priorities shift but you don’t
Adaptable thinker who functions well in controlled chaos
Clear communicator across trades, teams, and leadership
Calm, composed, and decisive when pressure is on
