Senior Program Manager in Marine Engineering

Oversee the River Class Destroyer Program as a dedicated Senior Program Manager. Guide engineering teams and manage program budgets to ensure successful project delivery for naval operations.

This position is vital for leading the technical components of large-scale, complex programs within Canada's naval fleet. As a Senior Manager, you will deliver exceptional program management through effective coordination and communication across engineering teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accountability for program scope and performance

• Direct engineering and delivery processes to meet quality standards

• Collaborate on program direction and risk management

• Monitor program budgets and performance metrics

• Optimize internal teams and subcontractor efforts

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Business or related field

• 5-8+ years in Project or Program Management roles

• Experience with multi-disciplinary programs required

• PMP Certification considered a plus

• Requirements for Canadian Security Clearance must be met
