Drive operational excellence as a Field Operations Manager overseeing multiple sites. This full-time position involves managing day-to-day operations and enhancing client service through leadership.
You will oversee daily activities, traveling to different locations to ensure consistent service delivery. Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding janitorial staff, managing performance, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. You'll also address operational needs swiftly while fostering strong client relationships and driving improvements in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations across locations
• Hire and onboard janitorial staff effectively
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
• Resolve service issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in operations
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean record
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and software platforms
