As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping strategies that address complex operational challenges. With a strong emphasis on continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, you will drive initiatives that foster organizational resilience. Your leadership experience will empower you to collaborate effectively across departments, align initiatives with business objectives, and influence senior leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee enterprise-level continuous improvement initiatives
• Align projects with regulatory compliance and risk frameworks
• Facilitate multi-stakeholder discussions on high-risk issues
• Design standards and methodologies for consistent practices
• Build strong relationships and empower cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Business or related field
• 5-7 years' experience in continuous improvement or compliance
• Leadership experience preferred
• Relevant Continuous Improvement certifications
• Strong analytical and communication skills
