This role emphasizes safety with a 14 days on, 14 days off schedule. You will ensure project execution meets the highest quality standards while managing resources effectively. As part of the project team, you will supervise daily activities, hire personnel, and coordinate subcontractor efforts to maintain project flow and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Thyssen Safety Management Plan
• Supervise project activities and workforce deployment
• Prepare and submit weekly project reports to management
• Coordinate subcontractor management for task efficiency
• Review and approve time reports on a daily basis
Requirements:
• Minimum 8+ years experience in mining
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Knowledge of safety management systems
• Ability to operate mining-related equipment
