In this key role, you will manage day-to-day airport operations, ensuring a seamless passenger experience and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex airport operations including baggage and ramp
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and SOPs
• Supervise unionized workforce effectively
• Conduct investigations and manage operational disruptions
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on service improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in leadership position
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Respond to operational challenges effectively
• Familiarity with airport operations is an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
