As a key leadership position, the Director will oversee four retail stores and a distribution center. Focused on both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, the ideal candidate will harness strong analytical skills and business acumen. You will be responsible for coaching teams, monitoring KPIs, and continuously improving sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement sales strategies to achieve key performance metrics
• Coach managers and sales teams for maximum effectiveness
• Analyze customer trends and KPIs to inform strategy
• Ensure high-quality operations and customer touchpoints
• Collaborate with Human Resources on recruitment and training
Requirements:
• 7+ years in retail/sales leadership roles
• Experience managing multi-location stores
• Strong background in commission-based sales
• Relevant university degree preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
