In this full-time role, you will engage with tenants, oversee maintenance, and ensure a clean, secure living environment for residents. Your responsibilities will include daily management tasks, conflict resolution, and supervising tradespeople. Strong communication is essential to foster positive tenant relations and ensure collective community standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily property management and cleaning tasks
• Manage tenant relations and proactively address issues
• Supervise onsite trades and coordinate maintenance schedules
• Respond to emergencies while enforcing community rules
Requirements:
• Experience in cleaning, maintenance, and customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior property management experience is advantageous
