This Program Manager role is pivotal in overseeing a dynamic remediation initiative that spans multiple departments. You will collaborate closely with the CDSO/Data Office, Operations teams, and AI/data science partners to manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment effectively. Your leadership will ensure smooth communication and project delivery while fostering strong relations across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs

• Collaborate with key partners to align priorities

• Maintain governance materials and status updates

• Identify and optimize operational workflows

• Manage program risks and dependencies effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree minimum

• 7 years in program/project management experience

• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma practices

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
