Director of Service Provider

Position: Director of Service Provider Support
Drive community service excellence as the Director of Service Provider Support in Halifax. You'll lead partnerships, enhance service quality, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

In this pivotal role within the Department of Opportunities and Social Development, you report to the Senior Director. Your expertise will strengthen service delivery and improve community outcomes while maintaining essential performance metrics. You will foster a culture of teamwork among diverse groups and manage Service Level Agreements proficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with service providers

• Champion resolutions for complex service delivery issues

• Develop guidelines for effective communication on service excellence

• Identify and address challenges related to service delivery

• Enhance operational strategies for funding agreements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Extensive experience in corporate or agreement management

• Proven skills in negotiation and conflict resolution

• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities

• Ability to promote diversity and inclusion in teams
