Step into a pivotal role as the Regional Managing Director at Manitou, primarily overseeing the Canadian market. Engage in strategic planning, team management, and market expansion efforts, necessitating significant travel.
In this strategic leadership position, you'll report to the VP of Sales for North America. Your focus will be on maximizing the sales potential of Manitou’s products while supporting the regional team’s development. You'll drive a culture of empowerment and accountability, ensuring collaborative success across various market channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the regional sales strategy
• Direct sales and support activities for regional team members
• Mentor and coach team members to build high performance
• Create market penetration guidelines and set performance goals
• Report on sales objectives and market influences to VP of Sales
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of relevant sales leadership experience
• Preferred background in capital product distribution
• Proven track record in innovating sales methodologies
• Strong analytical skills for market assessment
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and travel extensively
