Lead innovative service delivery as the Director of Service Provider Relations in Halifax. This role focuses on managing partnerships and improving community service quality.
As part of the Department of Opportunities and Social Development, you report directly to the Senior Director. Your mission includes nurturing team-oriented culture, ensuring efficient communication, and enhancing service outcomes. You will champion Service Level Agreements and manage performance metrics that drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and solidify partnerships with various service providers
• Resolve complex issues impacting service delivery
• Create guidelines for effective service excellence communication
• Identify and tackle service-related challenges
• Improve operational strategies regarding funding agreements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Extensive experience in corporate agreements or management
• Proven background in negotiation and conflict resolution
• Strong analytical skills for strategic problem-solving
• Enthusiasm for fostering diversity and inclusion in teams
