As a vital member of Babcock, you'll manage multiple projects that sustain the fleet of Victoria Class Submarines. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive project management plans and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the operational readiness of critical naval assets. Your leadership will help foster collaboration and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project lifecycle for submarine sustainment
• Lead the planning and execution phases effectively
• Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders
• Monitor budgets and track performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements:
• 4+ years' experience in project management
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Active PMP certification
• Experience in Naval or Marine projects
• Excellent communication and MS Office skills
