Assume responsibility for facility management as a Facility Services Manager arhead operations, drive vendor relations and uphold service excellence across projects.
As Facility Services Manager, your role is to oversee operations, managing both vendor partnerships and service delivery. You'll provide leadership to your team, focusing on mentoring while ensuring compliance with all operational requirements. Be the primary contact for clients regarding service inquiries while fostering a constructive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate service requests and review vendor responses
• Ensure effective closeout of all work orders and tasks
• Conduct performance oversight and reporting of work orders
• Resolve invoicing queries and manage approval processes
• Guide clients through service management inquiries
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Facility or Vendor Management
• Strong project planning and leadership skills
• Expertise in MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of compliance standards in facilities management
