In this senior leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of resident care to ensure compliance with policies and legislation. Your experience of at least ten years in nursing, including administrative expertise, will be crucial in managing departmental budgets and optimizing staffing guidelines. You will also be responsible for staff training and mentoring to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and promote resident care standards
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation
• Manage departmental budget efficiently
• Lead and mentor care/service staff
• Oversee ongoing staff training programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
• Minimum ten years nursing experience
• Two years clinical and five years administrative experience
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
• Proven leadership and financial acumen
