As a key member of the Product Partnerships team at Jobber, you will manage the strategy and growth of the ISV Marketplace program. This role demands expertise in program management, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence within technology ecosystems. You will oversee partner recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to optimize partner experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the complete ISV Marketplace program strategy
• Define partner tiers, benefits, and engagement standards
• Implement scalable onboarding and certification frameworks
• Establish governance standards for marketplace integrity
• Develop the partner lifecycle from recruitment to expansion
Requirements:
• Proven experience in partner program management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Experience in scaling ISV marketplace programs
• Strong program management discipline and commercial acumen
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
