Lead operations across Alberta and Atlantic Canada as a Regional Operations Manager with Uride. Ensure marketplace performance and enhance rider and driver experiences through operational discipline.
In this pivotal role, you'll manage daily operations within the cities served by Uride. With 5-7 years in operations, ideally in ride-sharing or logistics, you will oversee P&L and operational performance metrics. Your focus will be on optimizing supply-demand balance, enhancing driver engagement, and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own P&L and daily operational performance across the regions
• Monitor key metrics like ride volume and fulfilment rates
• Engage drivers to maintain healthy supply-demand balance
• Implement process improvements for optimal performance
• Collaborate with customer support to manage escalations
Requirements:
• 5–7 years in operations within a marketplace environment
• Strong business operations reporting experience
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Proven multi-location operational management skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
