Field Supervisor - Bilingual Position

Join Sentrex Health Solutions as a Bilingual Field Supervisor, where you'll manage patient support initiatives and lead a dedicated team. This position requires approximately 50% travel across Canada.

As a Bilingual Field Supervisor, report to the Associate Director. Your key responsibilities will include mentoring field case managers and enhancing team performance in achieving patient support goals. Success in this position comes from your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues regarding client and clinic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field PSP health case management activities

• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot service challenges

• Educate clinics on support services and solutions

• Conduct performance management touchpoints with staff

• Assist with operational policies and procedures development

Requirements:

• Degree in healthcare or life sciences is preferred

• 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience

• Fluency in English and French is necessary

• Proven success in team leadership during organizational change

• Valid driver's license required for travel
