Position: Logistics Operations Manager Role
Become a pivotal player as a Logistics Operations Manager at Carvana, managing transportation needs in an efficient 2PM to 11PM schedule, Tuesday to Saturday. Oversee teams and enhance operational safety.

This management-level role involves coordinating daily operations across multiple sites, cultivating a productive work environment, and ensuring team alignment with site-specific goals. You will play an essential part in mentoring team members for professional growth while maintaining high safety standards. Encouraging effective communication among teams is paramount to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage transportation operations at designated locations

• Create and monitor site-specific work objectives

• Evaluate and adjust daily route schedules as needed

• Provide mentorship through coaching and performance evaluations

• Conduct GEMBA walks to ensure workplace safety compliance

Requirements:

• 2+ years people leadership experience required

• 3+ years experience in logistics or supply chain

• Strong understanding of DOT regulations

• Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• Experience in managing CDL drivers or military transport roles
