In this role, reporting directly to the VP of Life & Disability, you will lead a national team dedicated to improving disability management outcomes. Your rich expertise in insurance and performance metrics will optimize operational processes and enhance claimant experiences. Committed to developing talent, you’ll build a coaching culture and lead initiatives that align with Medavie’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of Disability Management

• Ensure effective and timely case management decisions

• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and claimant outcomes

• Cultivate leadership capabilities within your teams

• Serve as an expert on disability management for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA is advantageous

• At least 10 years in group insurance and disability management

• Successful history in coaching high-level managers

• Strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills

• Preferably bilingual in French and English
