This role as Software Engineering Manager will have you leading the Ground Systems team, focusing on technical management, program execution, and enterprise architecture. Engage with multiple engineering disciplines while mentoring your team and advocating for its needs to ensure successful outcomes on complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interview and evaluate candidates for engineering roles
• Mentor and motivate team members to achieve goals

• Document processes and improve workflows
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in aerospace or related fields
• 4+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
• Ability to attain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline preferred
• Active security clearance will enhance your application
