Supporting the Chief of Staff and Head of AI Enablement, you will develop the strategic vision and set key objectives for AI initiatives.

Your role includes conducting industry research and synthesizing insights into clear communication for leadership. You'll also design frameworks for AI governance and manage operational aspects of a global Data & AI team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing the strategic vision for AI

• Conduct research on AI and wealth management trends

• Prepare board updates and stakeholder reports

• Contribute to global governance frameworks

• Facilitate executive leadership forums and change management

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in strategy or consulting roles

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field

• Proven ability in clear executive communication

• Strong collaborative skills across teams

• Familiarity with budget management preferred
