Position: Workplace Experience Site Leader

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Orange County Hub, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall management of the Orange County Hub operations

• Build relationships with stakeholders and employees

• Implement programs that enhance employee workplace experience

• Coordinate site activities and maintain operating standards

• Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in facilities or similar

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service mindset

• Experience in project management and budget oversight
