Elevate RBC Insurance’s privacy governance as the Senior Manager for Privacy Risk Management. Drive strategic initiatives and ensure compliance while enhancing operational resilience.
As a Senior Manager in the Data Management Office, you will spearhead privacy risk initiatives, assessing and addressing material risks within organizational processes at RBC Insurance. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement robust governance frameworks and deliver training to support new policy adoption. Your strategic insights will guide team efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage strategic privacy initiatives addressing significant risks
• Drive change management and engagement strategies
• Conduct oversight on low-risk privacy incidents and compliance
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators and analyze remediation plans
• Embed governance practices within daily operations
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management
• 5-7 years in privacy risk management and compliance
• Relevant certifications such as CIPP or CRISC
• Experience with privacy risk tools like Archer
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
