As Head of Chargeback Management, you'll oversee the complete dispute lifecycle, managing both team performance and regulatory compliance within the financial services sector. Collaborate with Fraud Operations to differentiate between genuine fraud and service-related disputes, all while maximizing recovery rates. Your leadership is crucial in maintaining our reputation and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end chargeback process and recovery

• Build representment playbooks tailored to scenarios

• Oversee card-network compliance and response deadlines

• Ensure fair adjudication for marketplace disputes

• Keep detailed records for audits and reviews

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in disputes management

• Familiarity with chargeback rules and SLAs

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Marketplace experience preferred

• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments
