Aero Vironment seeks a Program Manager III to lead Group 3 UAS programs. Focus on executing strategic initiatives while managing costs, schedules, and technical performance.
This role demands a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects effectively and ensure high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include establishing program priorities, managing risks, and coordinating with both internal teams and external customers. You will be instrumental in the development of program plans, including budget and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee entire program life-cycle management
• Align customer goals with project deliverables
• Define and manage program controls
• Communicate program status to stakeholders
• Support Business Development in capturing new opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 8 years of Program Management experience
• Experience in highly technical environments
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Ability to travel up to 25%
