Join PLNU as the Associate Director of Graduate Enrollment, leading recruitment efforts at the Mission Valley Campus in San Diego. This role combines leadership, strategy, and a commitment to student success.

In this full-time position, you'll mentor Enrollment Counselors while driving innovative strategies aligned with PLNU’s mission. Your strong interpersonal skills and understanding of enrollment processes will foster a positive experience for prospective students. Collaborate across departments to enhance operational effectiveness and support diverse populations throughout the enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide feedback to Enrollment Counselors

• Promote a culture focused on student success

• Reinforce training to meet enrollment goals

• Evaluate recruitment communications for quality

• Monitor performance metrics for team improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 3–5 years experience in enrollment management

• Minimum 2 years leading a team

• Excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems
