Compensation$18 - $20 per hour
Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

The Detailer pre‑washes vehicles prior to moving them into production and cleans and details each assigned vehicle before final delivery to the customer. The position also completes general repair‑facility cleaning responsibilities while working with all team members to achieve the repair‑facility KPIs.
Key Job Responsibilities- Cleans vehicle exterior by hand, brush or washing equipment
- Polishes, dries and cleans vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body
- Protects and preserves automobile exterior by buffing, polishing and applying waxes
- Vacuum, shampoo, add air freshener and clean vehicle interior (steam scrub as needed)
- Keeps the shop clean by sweeping and daily emptying of garbage containers
- Maintains an organized parking lot at all times
- Power washes the shop floor to reduce dirt appearance as required
- Maintains and organizes the vehicles in the parking lot daily (keys, floor mats and RO signs)
- Implements the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met; this role contributes to shop efficiency and Net Promoter Score.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Works effectively in a fast–paced environment, demonstrating multitasking abilities while working under pressure
- Must obligingly bend, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift in excess of 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license required
