Manager, Facilities & Maintenance
The Facilities Manager reports directly to the Snr. Plant Manager. The Manager, Facilities and Maintenance has direct reports.
Responsibilities / Duties:(Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following)
Maintenance Management:Establish, implement, and maintain a TPM plan for facilities and critical equipment
Define and execute the maintenance and reliability roadmap (3–5 year horizon), shifting the organization from reactive to preventive, predictive, and prescriptive maintenance
Identify and plan work through formal requests and preventive maintenance plans; schedule all work orders, establish priorities, and manage planned vs. unplanned downtime (target
