Pinecrest Manor is seeking a part-time Environmental Services Manager to ensure a clean and safe living environment. This role focuses on maintenance, safety, and staff management.

As an Environmental Services Manager, you will report to the Executive Director and oversee housekeeping and laundry operations while managing departmental staff and contractors. You will maintain high standards, monitor safety programs, and prepare budgets for effective operations. Your leadership will drive the quality of services and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safe living conditions for residents

• Oversee hiring and performance management of staff

• Conduct staff training and development

• Supervise maintenance contractors and compliance

• Manage departmental budgets and inventory

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or Environmental Services certification

• Minimum two years managerial experience

• Long-term care setting background required

• Health and Safety certification or training to be completed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
