Reporting to the President and CEO, the Director of Governance will work closely with the Board of Directors and key stakeholders to develop governance frameworks and policies that bolster organizational accountability. This role seeks a strategic leader who thrives in collaborative settings, guiding initiatives that align with MS Canada’s mission to support those affected by multiple sclerosis across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support effective Board and Committee operations
• Develop and refine governance frameworks and practices
• Foster strong relationships with Board Directors and partners
• Enhance transparency and governance initiatives
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive decision-making
Requirements:
• Experience in governance for Boards/Committees
• Strong understanding of governance best practices
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Leadership presence to support organizational mission
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach
Lead governance initiatives to strengthen MS Canada's commitment to improving lives affected by multiple sclerosis.
