Your role as a Project Manager involves overseeing and guiding assigned projects with a focus on throughput improvement and best practices. You will be the primary contact between internal departments and external clients, steering project teams toward success. Your leadership will foster engagement, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of key project requirements while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project oversight and accountability for outcomes
• Serve as the main contact for team collaboration
• Facilitate internal and external progress meetings
• Monitor costs and initiate corrective actions
• Maintain adherence to PMBOK methodologies
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Aerospace or related fields
• Advanced experience in earned value management (EVM)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA
Excel as a Project Manager at IMP Aerospace & Defence while enhancing project delivery and team performance.
